About Us

We’re the Galichansky’s, and our journey began in Moldova. In the early 2000s, we came to the United States as refugees with nothing—hardly knowing the language, yet holding onto faith. Through the transformative power of God’s healing, we’ve experienced His redemption firsthand. Now, we are passionate about leading others into the same freedom, wholeness, and unwavering faith that changed our lives. Together we founded FRDM61 which is a non-profit that ministers to refugees and Slavic communities worldwide, providing inner healing, coaching, training for teams, and leadership development.
We have been married for over 30 years and have 3 exceptional children and a wonderful daughter in law! We love to travel, good food (Moldovan’s have some of the best cuisine), love hosting people, and most of all leading people into the fullness that Jesus paid for us!

More About Nataly

I’m Nataly Galichansky—wife, mother of three incredible children, leadership coach, spiritual advisor, ordained pastor, international speaker, and author. My passion is helping leaders, couples, and individuals unlock their full potential, walk in wholeness, and live with purpose.
My journey has taken me from senior leadership roles—where I developed leaders, built teams, and created lasting organizational structures—to coaching high-level executives from companies like Verizon, Samsung, American Express, and the NYC fashion industry. But my greatest fulfillment comes from seeing people step into their God-given identity and experience true freedom—spirit, soul, and body.
Through years of coaching and soul care, I developed The Heart Healing Method—a Holy Spirit-led approach to inner healing that is now being taught in Christian ministry schools and used in retreats and conferences worldwide. I’ve had the honor of walking with countless individuals, from refugees to executives, helping them break through emotional barriers, find clarity, and experience deep transformation in their personal lives and leadership.
I am also the author of Skeptic’s Transformation: The Miracle of Love—a book about facing the reality that we all will die one day. This book is a deeply personal experience that I share with readers as I walk alongside my mother-in-love, helping her transition to heaven in peace. In it, I reveal the three key principles that will empower you or your loved ones when facing the journey of transition—whether it’s a time to fight in faith or a moment to prepare for a peaceful goodbye. There is profound wisdom in recognizing the seasons of life, and this book serves as a guide to navigating them with grace, faith, and love.
With additional training in Bethel Sozo Inner Healing, John Maxwell’s Developing Leaders program, and Dr. Mike Hutching’s PTSD healing model, I bring a holistic, Kingdom-centered approach to coaching. Whether you are seeking healing, clarity, or the next level of leadership, I am here to walk with you on your journey toward transformation.
More About Igor

I have been married for over 30 years to my incredible wife, Nataly, and together, we are blessed with three beautiful children. For over two decades, I built and operated a successful, high-quality tile installation business, serving the NJ, PA, and NY/NYC areas. As a master craftsman, I found great fulfillment in transforming chaos into beauty—whether through the renovation of a home or the building of something entirely new. My commitment to excellence, integrity, and service has earned me a reputation for outstanding customer relationships, with countless clients still enjoying my work years later.
But my work was never just about construction—it was about building trust, creating something meaningful, and bringing order to what was once disorganized. That same passion now fuels my work in coaching and soul care. Just as I once helped homeowners turn raw materials into something beautiful, I now help individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and build something lasting—whether it’s a strong marriage, emotional resilience, or a thriving spiritual life.
Through my own journey of emotional healing and personal growth, I’ve learned the power of deep connection—with God, ourselves, and others. Now, alongside my wife, I am passionate about walking with people through their own transformational journeys. Whether it’s mentoring young men, helping couples strengthen their foundation, or coaching leaders to integrate faith and excellence into their work, my heart is to equip and empower others to live with purpose, integrity, and wholeness.
